Hey Everyone,
Exciting news that Sandia will be opening this season, and a week earlier than we anticipated. Sorry for the late notice but I know we’re all a bit in scramble mode to get the area up and running this weekend.
just a couple reminders:
1. be at the area with boots on and ready to be out the door by 8 AM
2. Sweep will be conducted as soon as patrollers reached the top.
3. While we get the rust worked out please limit free skiings that we can keep patrollers up top for responses and management needs. As we get more up and running free skiing for mountain management and presence will increase
4. keep and eye out for thing we need to fix or manage and communicate early and often to myself and upper any issue that need patrol work
5. have fun. It’s going to be a great ride and stocked the ski area is OPEN once again.
