The Fine Print
¹ Swap Bucks can be used toward the purchase of tagged items on the sale floor only and must be used the same year they were won. Swap Bucks are made out to the winner and can only be used by that individual with a photo ID matching the name used to register the email address when arriving at cashiering. Swap Bucks can NOT be redeemed for cash, and have no monetary value.
² VIP passes will be awarded to the individual that signed up for the email list and must be accompanied by all individuals using the awarded passes. A photo ID must be presented at the main entrance Friday night and will be checked against a master list of winners.
Eligibility
- SP Ski Patrollers, Vendors, or family members of either area not eligible.
- The winner must be present, and you must present a photo ID at the Ski Swap to redeem prizes…this is not negotiable.
- Must be 18 years old to win prizes.
Winners:
- Will be chosen during the week of the Ski Swap. (recently modified to allow more sign-ups.)
- Will be notified by the email address on file used when you signed up.
- Will be chosen at random and electronically from the list of email addresses in the current database.
- First email address drawn gets the prize worth the highest dollar amount, and subsequent addresses awarded the next highest dollar prizes, and so forth.
Other:
- Prizes may change on a yearly basis.
- The Sandia Peak Ski Patrol reserves the right to change the awards or modify the rules at any time if we feel it is in the best interest of the patrol, and/or the Ski Swap customers.
